L'Oreal Study Reveals Post Lockdown Clients Feel Safer

L’Oréal Professional Products Division has revealed.

L’Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase, Redken and Matrix, found 95% of clients who returned to the salon post-lockdown felt safe and 95% felt the salon was clean and hygienic.

Similarly, 93% of the 292 women aged 16 to 74 who were surveyed felt equally or more relaxed and pampered during their post-lockdown salon visit. While 95% felt the same or better after their first post-lockdown appointment compared to an appointment pre-lockdown. The Covid 19 virus has made life so much harder but in many ways it has made us appreciate things in a different way, salons and hairdressers cannot afford to be so blasé re their customers, now that they need the business, on the other hand clients have realised how important their hairstylist is to them, especially after some of the home hair disasters. With Salons and stylist forced to look at their hygiene and sanitization methods it can only be more reassuring for clients. We have all realised how important it is to have our hair looking good again, lets hope we can remain open and available throughout this crisis.
